Amazing selection of food and treats. Owners are soo friendly and staff's positivity is contagious. Food was very delicious and reasonably priced.

10's across the board!!! Excellent food, service, atmosphere and prices. And, all the food came out together, delicious and hot . I can't wait to visit again.

The restaurant has no signage to let you know to order first then take a first come first serve table. We asked others in the restaurant and proceeded to the counter. There was music playing . It wasn't loud . I could have a full conversation with my family and hear them . The food was good. The salmon croquettes were fulfilling. They weren't skimpy with the salmon . The shrimp and grits were savory .

This is a hidden gem. It reminds me of places I'd eat back in NJ. The veggie omelette was so delicious and cheesy. The staff was friendly and I loved that the owners were working just as hard as the cooks. The restaurant is small and the tables took some time to get cleaned off but at least you're not sitting on top of each other. I didn't order the catfish but wished I did, it looked great. I'll definitely try this place again.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon just before closing. This was first visit to this restaurant after Momma's BBQ closed. Everything was great! The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the catfish and grits. OMG!!!!! It was so good. Can't wait to return! Chef Flava is awesome!

Basic breakfast with friendly chef, cashier, and others. Good value with varied menu. Overall, worth the visit. You'll leave happy.

I have been looking for a nice little local breakfast joint here in TN. I came across this amazing spot! Lemme tell you those biscuits and gravy were cooked to perfection. Tasted just like my grandma makes them. I felt like I was at home with this food. Literally, Had me wanting more and more every bite I took. It's a small spot, super clean, and fast service. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff. The breakfast itself was amazing. I had biscuits and gravy that was perfectly prepared and a large portion. When the staff learned it was our first visit they made sure we had the full meal experience with some extra bacon and other goodies. This is the place for breakfast!

Bartlett Breakfast Factory has become our favorite Saturday breakfast spot. The team is always helpful and friendly. We recently had the opportunity to meet the own and he was so kind to share his spinach dip that is available in Walmart stores. The food is always made fresh to order. There isn't a bad thing on the menu it's just that good. You will feel like your eating at a family members house because of the inviting atmosphere. It is a smaller location so if you plan to have a group larger than 6 it may be tight to sit together. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

Black Owned (Regina & Christopher Moore) This was my first time visiting this venue and let me tell you, the ambience and lively atmosphere makes for an amazing experience. Today I wanted something light, so I had 2 bacon, egg whites with strawberry jam biscuits and a cup of coffee. Where shall I start? The biscuits were amazing! The butter tasting eggs were the rave. The bacon was perfectly cooked balancing out the my taste buds for a joyous experience. The coffee in my case really tastes like it's from a gourmet blend. I definitely will give them 5 Stars! WILL RECOMMEND!!!
